A Note from Our Pastor
Welcome to our church's website and thank you for visiting us on line. Pray that you find our website helpful. We are a community of believers whose desire is to spread the message of salvation and new life through Jesus Christ to people of all races and nationalities. People in our congregation come from a variety of nations, cultures and ethnic backgrounds. When you have a chance, please come and visit us in person! There is no substitute to the real worship experience. Don't be just a face in the world. Please come and do life together. Many blessings of the Lord be upon you until we meet in person!

From the Pastor's Desk
With your participation and help along with Junior Women's Group and Millington Savings Bank, we have delivered 15 Thanksgiving baskets last week. This shows your caring spirit, particularly at a time when everone is struggling financially. On December 13th, we will have our annual Trim-A-Tree celebration at 5:00 p.m. As in the previous years, Helen and Phyllis are planning a Spaghetti Dinner with other families donating desserts. A Christmas Puppet Show, a Children's Bell Choir and a visitation by Santa Clause are all in plan for the event. Along with these wonderful programs, we will do something special to care for Angel Tree children, that is, children whose parents are incarcerated. We have a list of 20 children. We will put the names and their Christmas wishes on the angel tree placed in the Fellowship Hall. The gifts you will be providing for these children will be delivered to them directly. We will visit with them and pray for them around December 20th. Everyone is invited to go together to sing and pray for them and bless them. As we celebrate Christmas with our families, let's open our hearts and make this year's Christmas special for some of these less fortunate children. Through your caring and giving heart, the birth of Baby Jesus will be very meaningful and personal for you as well as for the others! May the Lord richly bless you and all your children!
Faithfully in Christ, Chester
New Member Class
Beginning on May 3rd, the first Sunday of the month, a New Members Class will be offered during the coffee hour after 10:00 a.m. worship. It will take about an hour, and a baby-sitting and a children's Bible study and crafts will be provided for parents with children. We will be using a shorter version of Alpha Bible Study for these classes. You can take donuts and other snacks with your beverages to the classroom. This will be a great bonding time with new families in the church. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to talk to Pastor Ui.
